The PHOTOGRAPHER is committed to respecting the privacy of all CLIENTS. This Privacy Policy outlines how personal images and data collected in the course of providing photography services may be used.
By engaging the services of the PHOTOGRAPHER, the CLIENT acknowledges and agrees to the following:
Image Use & Publication Rights
The CLIENT hereby grants the PHOTOGRAPHER the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the CLIENT, or in which the CLIENT may be included, for purposes including but not limited to editorial, trade, advertising, portfolio display, website usage, social media, promotional materials, educational purposes, and any other lawful purpose, in any manner and medium. This includes the right to alter and edit images without restriction and to copyright such images.
No Compensation for Usage
The CLIENT understands and agrees that they are not entitled to any compensation or financial gain from the use of the photographs by the PHOTOGRAPHER, and releases any and all claims to profits that may arise from such use.
Personal Information & Gallery Access
Any personal data collected (such as name, email address, or likeness in photographs) will be used solely for the purpose of providing photographic services and managing the CLIENT’s gallery. CLIENT galleries may be delivered via private links, but it is the CLIENT’s responsibility to safeguard access and share the gallery link at their discretion.
Third-Party Sharing
The PHOTOGRAPHER will not sell or share CLIENT information with third parties for marketing purposes. However, images may be shared with relevant vendors (e.g., makeup artists, venues, publications) for professional purposes, unless the CLIENT explicitly requests otherwise in writing prior to the session.
Opt-Out Request
If the CLIENT does not wish for their images to be used for promotional or public display purposes, a written request must be submitted prior to the delivery of the final gallery. This opt-out must be agreed upon in writing by both the CLIENT and the PHOTOGRAPHER to be valid.
Data Protection
The PHOTOGRAPHER takes reasonable steps to protect the integrity and confidentiality of stored digital images. However, no method of digital storage is 100% secure, and the CLIENT acknowledges and accepts this inherent risk.
